Invitation To Offers

1. Evacuee Trust Property Board intends to develop its property located at Hakim Khadim Ali Road, Sialkot, measuring about 23.49 Kanals for development through developer in the form of Four Star Hotel and Shopping Complex having covered area of 3,19,548 S.ft and 1,21,036 S.ft respectively according to the architectural plan available with the ETPB. The property will be leased out for a period of fifty years.

2. Experienced and financially sound parties are invited to submit their sealed offers for the purpose as described in the terms and conditions obtainable from the undersigned. The bid should be accompanied by a draft/pay order of Rs. 100,000/- in the name of Evacuee Trust Property Board, Lahore as earnest money (promptly refundable, except highest bidder).

3. The offers should reach office of the undersigned by 12th February 2008 at 1100 hours which will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. Competent authority reserves the rights to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Bid forms, site plan, instructions and terms & conditions can be obtained from undersigned.
