Manager Banking Procedures & Processes

The Job: Develop and implement banking operational policies & procedures. Design, implement and supervise quality assurance goals and procedures. Conduct process re-engineering, evaluate/analyze and redesign operational front as well as bank office processes. Develop/implement internal controls conduct banking operations related trainings, developing JDs and desk procedures of banking operations staff and identify/resolve bottlenecks in banking operations processes. Manage implementation of business management/automated applications and provide user interface  to the IT function. This position reports to Head, Operations.

The Candidate: At least five years in banking operations in an IT environment, preferably with a multinational financial institution. Preference will be given to a candidate with significant experience of computer systems (banking application) implementation and interpersonal skills. Preferably an MBA in Banking/Finance/MIS/IT or equivalent degree from a recognized local or foreign university. Preferably below 35 years and should be comfortable to travel throughout the country.

Above position is based at Islamabad.
