HEC POST DOC FELLOWSHIPS AT ROYAL UNITED SERVICES INSTITUTE (RUSI)

An Excellent Opportunity for research at this prestigious Institute

Applications are invited from Pakistan / AJK Nationals, holding PhD degree and meeting the following eligibility criteria for fellowship at "Royal United Services Institute (RUSI)" , London, United Kingdom, tenable in the academic year 2007-8.  This program provides an excellent opportunity to faculty members of Public and Private Sector Universities / Degree Awarding Institutes (DAIs) in their respective field of specialization at RUSI, specially related to South East Asia.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Holding a PhD Degree from recognized university in the field of Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities.
2. Maximum age on 15th May 2007, 50 years.
3. Be a regular employee of HEC recognized Public/Private sector Universities or Degree Awarding Institutes.
4. Should have a clearly written research proposal, relevant to academic, defense or security issues in general and specially related to South East Asia/Pakistan.
5. Should have demonstrated teaching/research experience in the discipline focused on South East Asian Affairs.
6. Must not have availed Post Doctoral Fellowship by HEC in the last five 5 years.

DURATION OF FELLOWSHIP:  9-12 Months.

2. Application Forms completely filled in all respects along with required attested testimonials should reach on the address given below on or before Tuesday, 15th  May 2007.
3. Incomplete applications in any respect or received after due dates will not be entertained.
